Bu koşullar, Ancho Interactive'in yayımladığı mobil oyunlar (ör. Merge Keep) ve anchointeractive.com.tr destek sitesi için geçerlidir. Oyunu indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası uyarınca işlenir.

Oyun ve hesap. Oyunlar ücretsizdir ve reklam içerebilir. Oyun, ilerlemenizi yedeklemek için sizin adınıza anonim bir misafir hesabı açar; bu hesabı başkasına satamaz, devredemez veya kiralayamazsınız. Hesap 12 ay hiç kullanılmazsa silinir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman oyun içinden ya da hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsiniz.

Sanal öğeler. Oyunda kazandığınız para birimleri, kartlar, ödüller ve diğer öğeler yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan, gerçek parayla değeri olmayan bir kullanım iznidir; nakde çevrilemez, iade edilemez ve oyun dışında alınıp satılamaz. Oyun dengesi için bu öğelerin miktarı ve özellikleri güncellemelerle değişebilir.

Davranış kuralları. Sohbette ve oyuncu adlarında hakaret, taciz, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik, reklam, dolandırıcılık ve başkalarının kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmak yasaktır. Hile, otomasyon yazılımı, oyunun veya sunucunun açıklarını kullanmak, başka oyuncuların hesabına erişmeye çalışmak ve hizmeti aksatmak da yasaktır. Bu kurallara uymayan hesaplar uyarılabilir, sohbetten uzaklaştırılabilir veya kapatılabilir.

Hizmetin değişmesi. Oyunları güncelleyebilir, içerik ve özellikleri değiştirebilir, çevrimiçi özellikleri (sohbet, ortak oyun, etkinlikler, bulut yedeği) geçici ya da kalıcı olarak durdurabiliriz. Kalıcı kapatmayı makul bir süre önce oyun içinde veya bu sitede duyururuz. Bakım ve beklenmeyen arızalar sırasında çevrimiçi özellikler kullanılamayabilir.

Sorumluluk. Oyunlar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Kasıt veya ağır ihmalimiz olmadıkça, oyunun kullanılmasından ya da kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun başta olmak üzere yürürlükteki mevzuatın size tanıdığı vazgeçilemez hakları sınırlamaz.

Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraflar. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından gösterilir; reklamı yapılan ürün ve hizmetlerden reklam verenler sorumludur. Oyunu Google Play üzerinden indirdiğiniz için Google Play'in kendi koşulları da geçerlidir.

Değişiklikler. Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır ve önemli değişiklikleri oyun içinde veya bu sitede duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Uygulanacak hukuk. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak, yasal sınırlar içinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

These terms apply to the mobile games published by Ancho Interactive (e.g. Merge Keep) and to the anchointeractive.com.tr support site. By downloading or using a game you accept these terms. Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

Game and account. The games are free and may contain ads. To back up your progress, the game creates an anonymous guest account for you; you may not sell, transfer or rent this account. An account that is not used for 12 months is deleted. You can delete your account at any time in the game or on the account deletion page.

Virtual items. Currencies, cards, rewards and other items you earn in the game are a limited licence for use inside the game only and have no real-money value; they cannot be cashed out, refunded or traded outside the game. Their amounts and properties may change with updates for game balance.

Rules of conduct. Insults, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, advertising, scams and sharing other people's personal information are not allowed in chat or in player names. Cheating, automation software, exploiting bugs in the game or the server, trying to access other players' accounts and disrupting the service are also not allowed. Accounts that break these rules may be warned, removed from chat or closed.

Changes to the service. We may update the games, change content and features, and suspend or end online features (chat, co-op, events, cloud backup) temporarily or permanently. We will announce a permanent shutdown reasonably in advance in the game or on this site. Online features may be unavailable during maintenance and unexpected outages.

Liability. The games are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that they will run without interruption or errors. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the games. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Ads and third parties. Ads are served by Google AdMob; advertisers are responsible for the products and services they advertise. Because you download the game from Google Play, Google Play's own terms also apply.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page and we will announce important changes in the game or on this site. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within legal limits is reserved.
