If you came through the Support button in the game, a "Delete account now" button appears after you sign in with Google; your account and game data are deleted immediately.
Oyuncu koduyla silme / Deletion with player code
Oyununuzu açın, ayarlardan oyuncu kodunuzu kopyalayın ve aşağıya yapıştırın. Kod doğruysa hesabınız 30 gün içinde oyunu açmazsanız silinir. Oyunu açarsanız silme isteğini oyun içinden iptal edebilirsiniz.
Open your game, copy your player code from settings and paste it below. If the code is correct, your account will be deleted if you don't open the game within 30 days. If you open the game, you can cancel the deletion request from inside the game.
Silinen ve saklanan veriler / What is deleted and kept
Hesap silindiğinde sunucumuzdaki oyuncu kimliğiniz, oyun ilerlemeniz ve bulut yedeğiniz, profil ve etkinlik verileriniz, depo ve posta kayıtlarınız, sohbet mesajlarınız, raporlarınız ve engel listeniz hemen silinir. Destek talepleriniz oyun hesabından ayrılır ve talep kapandıktan 1 yıl sonra silinir; silme kaydı (tarih ve geri çevrilemez özet, oyun verisi değil) 1 yıl tutulur. Şifreli güvenlik yedeklerinde silinen hesap en çok 14 gün daha kalır. Oyun içinden de silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → "Sunucudaki verilerimi sil". Google hesabınız yoksa anchointeractive@gmail.com adresine yazın.
When the account is deleted, your player ID, game progress and cloud backup, profile and event data, storage and mail records, chat messages, reports and block list on our server are deleted immediately. Your support requests are detached from the game account and deleted 1 year after they are closed; a deletion record (date and an irreversible hash, not game data) is kept for 1 year. A deleted account may remain in encrypted security backups for up to 14 more days. You can also delete in the game: Settings → "Delete my server data". If you do not have a Google account, write to anchointeractive@gmail.com.
